AKA, a division of Korman Communities, is an innovative portfolio of luxury serviced residences in prestigious metropolitan locations, including New York City (AKA Central Park, AKA United Nations, AKA Sutton Place, AKA Times Square and AKA Wall Street), Philadelphia (AKA Rittenhouse and AKA University City), Beverly Hills, Washington, D.C. and London. Across the brand, architecturally inspired, spacious accommodations offer the privacy of a luxury residence integrated with hotel-style services and amenities. While each property is unique and has distinct resident offerings, all feature AKA brand standards and amenities, such as exclusive lounges, eateries, a.fitness workout centers outfitted with TechnoGym equipment, business centers, complimentary meetings spaces, complimentary high-speed Internet access in suites and throughout the properties, en-suite dining, 24-hour front desk assistance and dedicated doormen. Design Aesthetic: AKA Beverly Hills has partnered with innovative designers in order to provide a truly luxurious experience in the heart of Beverly Hills. The sophisticated yet minimalistic aesthetic is complemented by a warm and genuine atmosphere. AKA Beverly Hills’ design is artful but also in tune with the relaxed vibe for which Southern California is renown. AKA’s sleek Beverly Hills residences feature custom-designed contemporary furnishings, fireplaces, and private balconies from which to take in views of Griffith Park and the iconic Hollywood sign. When designing AKA Beverly Hills, Koning Eizenberg incorporated touches with the environment in mind. The arrival sequence was completely redesigned as a shared surface for both cars and pedestrians in order to reduce the impact of cars and enhance the pedestrian experience. This area also features innovative Living Walls designed by Pamela Burton & Co with plantings to soften the threshold between interior and exterior, while requiring minimal irrigation. The bold living walls contain 3,300 living and growing plants in over 200 modules. The pattern is organic and free flowing, adding color, shape and texture making an average garage entrance literally come to life.
Accommodations: AKA Beverly Hills boasts 88 contemporary and spacious one- and two-bedroom furnished residences and Penthouse Suites, including twelve one- and two-bedroom townhomes with direct access to Crescent Drive. Residences range from 815 to 1,810 square feet.
Location: This premier location in the heart of Beverly Hills is within the well-known Golden Triangle providing convenient walking access to the boutiques on world-famous Rodeo Drive, Via Rodeo, and Robertson Boulevard. Also, nearby is an extraordinary selection of dining options and the iconic Canon Drive, a perfect place to stroll and take in the local culture. AKA Beverly Hills is also located near conveniences like Whole Foods, as well as many rich art and cultural attractions to experience.
a.cinema:a.cinema is an intimate 20-seat screening room offered complimentary to residents. AKA residents can sink into a.cinema’s oversized leather reclining seats and watch a film of their choice on AKA’s deluxe screen. a.cinema is also equipped with a DLP Cinema Projector, surround sound throughout, and Blue Ray, DVD, CD, and TV capabilities.
Residents may reserve a.cinema for screenings and can choose from AKA’s film selection, which is inspired by the locale, or watch a film of their own. Additionally, a.cinema hosts weekly screenings for residents, chosen from resident requests as well as a carefully curated selection of films that is artistic, meaningful and intriguing.

a.terrace is AKA’s private, residents-only terrace lounge, designed by Internationally recognized Pamela Burton & Company Landscape Architects, in conjunction with Oculus Light Studio. Surrounded by palm trees, AKA residents can sunbathe during the day and lounge by the cozy outdoor fire pits with a cocktail in the evening, while taking in magnificent views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills, including the iconic Hollywood sign. The expansive terrace measures 5,000 square feet.
AKA Beverly Hills’ 750 square-foot fitness center features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment including elliptical, treadmills, FTS Glide, cycles, and a weight training area. Open to residents 24 hours, seven days a week, a.fitness also features a flex space for yoga, meditation or stretching.
